I want to buy a timeshare from someone directly who owes maintenance fees.?

I bought a timeshare real cheap from ebay, so I know there are some out there cheaper that what the resorts say. I’ve found that there are a lot of good people out there who haven’t been able to pay their maintenance fees and I’d like to find one of those people who owns week 31 in the Myrtle Beach area. Maybe this could be a win, win situation. I will pay cash. Please email me with serious offers.
